Molten Cake With Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tbs cocoa powder
3 tbs all purpose flour
2 tbs sugar
A pinch of salt
3 tbs unsalted butter or oil
2 tbs milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbs water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A few chunks of chocolate


Mix everything in a container. Put in microwave on med/high for 70 secs.

Pumpkin Carrot Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups pumpkin diced
2 cups carrots diced
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1 half 3o2la piece of ginger
Chicken Stock to cover 3/4 of the ingredients
3/4 cup cream
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt & pepper


Directions:
Cook the pumpkin, carrots, onion, galric & ginger in butter over medium high heat.
Add the stock & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer semi covered until the vegetables are very tender. Cool slightly.
Using a hand blender, blend all the soup ingredients together until totally smooth.
Season with nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Stir in the coconut milk or cream. If desired, garnish each serving with cream & pumpkin seeds.
